Terms of sale

Last updated July 28, 2026

These terms apply to purchases of tickets, workshops, and scheduled courses from Flow Dance Bergen.

In brief

The purchase is binding after payment and cannot be cancelled or rebooked.

Payments are non-refundable, but the place may be transferred to another person.

If Flow Dance Bergen cancels the event, the full purchase price will be refunded.

1. The agreement

The agreement consists of these terms, the information on the relevant event or course page, and the information shown during checkout. Individually agreed terms take precedence as long as they do not conflict with mandatory law.

2. Parties

The seller is Flow Dance Bergen, organization number 937 505 574, Vågevegen 21E, 5354 Straume, Norway. The seller is referred to as “we” or “Flow Dance Bergen”.

The buyer is the person placing the order and is referred to as “you” or “the buyer”.

3. Products and prices

We sell tickets to dance events, workshops, and scheduled courses. The content, date, venue, and price are shown on the page for the relevant offering and during checkout.

The listed price is the total price payable. Any fees or additional costs will be disclosed before the purchase is completed.

We currently do not sell memberships, subscriptions, or rentals through the website.

4. Agreement and payment

The order becomes binding when you have submitted the registration and completed payment, except in the case of an obvious typing or pricing error that you knew or should have known was an error.

The payment method, amount, and recipient are shown during checkout. With the current manual Vipps payment, we must match the payment before the place is confirmed. Confirmation is sent in the Vipps chat.

5. Delivery

The ticket or course place is delivered when payment is registered and the place is confirmed. Delivery entitles the registered participant to attend the offering described in the order.

Please contact us if you have paid but have not received confirmation within a reasonable time.

6. Right of withdrawal

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for tickets, workshops, or courses scheduled for a specific date or period. These services are exempt under section 22(m) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

The purchase is therefore binding after payment. This does not limit your rights if the offering is not delivered as agreed.

7. Cancellation, changes, and rebooking

After payment, the purchase cannot be cancelled, changed, or rebooked, and no refund is given if you cannot or choose not to attend.

You may transfer the place to another person at no charge. Notify us by email before the event or course so we can update the participant list.

The same rules apply to scheduled courses when registration opens unless the course page expressly states otherwise before purchase.

8. Returns

We do not sell physical goods through the website, so there is no product to return. Tickets and course places are governed by the cancellation and transfer terms above.

9. Cancellation by the organizer and refunds

Flow Dance Bergen may cancel an event or course, including when there are too few registrations. If we cancel, the full amount paid for the cancelled offering will be refunded.

Where possible, the refund will be made to the payment method or account used for the purchase. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for other costs you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

10. Complaints

If you believe the offering was not delivered as agreed, contact us as soon as possible and describe the issue. Please include order information and any relevant documentation.

We will assess the complaint and respond within a reasonable time. These terms do not limit rights granted by mandatory Norwegian law.

11. Dispute resolution

Complaints must first be directed to Flow Dance Bergen. The parties will try to resolve the matter amicably.

If we cannot agree, a consumer may request mediation from the Norwegian Consumer Authority. Eligible cases may then be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Disputes Commission. Otherwise, disputes may be heard by the ordinary courts under Norwegian law.
